Jerrod is a real pro and has been absolutely fantastic. Four years ago he helped my parents find their dream house. As always with an older structure, there were a couple of things that need work after the sale. Jerrod didn't just get the sale and walk away, he helped my parents resolve the issues. He has a good number of contractors and other specialists that he works with and can recommend and they all did a great job fixing any issues. Fast forward to the present time and my parents decided to sell and move to a retirement community and they thought of reaching out to Jerrod. As they've gotten older, they require more help understanding some of the more difficult concepts. Jerrod was super helpful and above all, patient with my now elderly parents. He helped walk them through each step of the process and made sure that they understood what was going on and where they needed to make a decision. He also kept me, their son, informed on everything. He had pictures taken, took video and put together of short movies, used a drone for aerial shots and advertised widely. The market had turned tough, so he pulled out all of the stops, showing us the analytical data for the area to help my parents make decisions on the house price, staged the house and retook the photos and videos, and did a ton of open houses. When a buyer placed an offer, he stepped my parents through the negotiating process, making sure that they were able to get the maximum for the house. Overall they (and I) had a really good experience with Jerrod. He wasn't pushy and let us dictate the pace so we were comfortable. When it comes time to sell my place, I'll be looking up Jerrod to get him to represent us.
