In August 2022 the outside of the house was newly painted by a professional painter. In March 2023 a new shower was installed by a contractor. In July 2023 the solar system was installed by Sunrun. This is a lease and is fully transferable to the new owner. (Cost is currently $79.77/month. Cost increases 3.5% each year in July. Payment via auto pay is on the 9th of the month).
